How long until I see results?
Most clients see a noticeable lift in open rates and click-throughs within the first 2–4 weeks. Revenue impact typically shows up within 30–60 days once automations are live and campaigns are running consistently. Email is not an overnight channel — but once it's set up properly, it compounds over time.
Do I need to be on Klaviyo?
I specialise in Klaviyo because it's simply the best tool for e-commerce email marketing. If you're on another platform (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, etc.), I can either migrate you over or work within your existing setup — we'll figure out the best path during your free audit.
What does onboarding look like?
Once you're in, we kick off with a strategy call where I learn your brand, goals, and audience. I then audit your current setup (or build from scratch), map out a 90-day plan, and get everything live. Most clients are fully set up and sending within 2 weeks.
Do I need a big list to get started?
Not at all. A smaller, engaged list outperforms a large, neglected one every time. If you're starting from zero, I'll help you build a list-growth strategy alongside your email programme. Quality beats quantity.
What if I already have flows set up - do you start from scratch?
No. I audit what you already have first. If something's working, we keep it and build on it. If something's broken or underperforming, I fix it. Nothing gets thrown out without a reason.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
I work on a month-to-month basis — no lock-in contracts. That said, email marketing rewards consistency, so I'd encourage at least a 3-month commitment to see the full picture. Most clients stay much longer once the results kick in.
What do you need from me on an ongoing basis?
Very little. I handle strategy, writing, design, and reporting. I'll occasionally need brand assets, product info, or approvals — but the goal is for this to run with minimal input from you. That's the whole point of 'done for you'.
